• Sassicaia, Tenuta San Guido
  Marchesi Incisa della Rocchetta. From the producer of that special wine, Sassicaia. The oil has an unusual aroma of olives, apples and spice with just a hint of liquorice. It tastes grassy-fresh and nutty with a touch of sorrel bitterness and lingering pepper. Olive type: Frantoio, Reggiola and Moraiolo. Picked by hand in November and early December. The oil remains unfiltered.

• Masi Serego Alighieri Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  Extra virgin olive from the Valpolicella region of the Veneto.
  From the Serego Alighieri estate in Gargagnago di Valpolicella, property of the family descended from the poet Dante since 1353.
  It has a brilliant gold colour with greenish reflections. Fruity, delicate nose with hints of hazelnuts and musk. Delicate taste: fruity, well balanced and soft.

• Novizio Frozen Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  Novizio is a very particular extra vergin olive oil, born from the agricultural experiences of the Antinori and Martini Barnardi families.
  Through the years various experiments have resulted in the creation of a patented product which guarantees the conservation and quality of the precious perfumes, vitamin E and flavours of a freshly made olive oil.

  Three olive varieties are used in equal proportions: Correggiolo, Moraiolo and Leccino. They are harvested by hand, starting at the beginning of December, milled and pressed in the traditional manner. The oil has a strong aroma of fresh olives, cut grass and grated apple skins. • Carli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  Established by the Carli Farmily in 1911 on Italy’s western Riviera in Liguria. Since then, Olio Carli has only been sold directly to consumers, more than 700,000 families across Italy, by the 150 trucks of its own.
  Olio Carli contains no more than 0.3% acidity, less than one-third of the maximum allowed by law for Extra Virgin. The oil has a fine fruity taste with no sensations of bitterness. Aromatic with a fresh almost leafy taste.

PUGLIA

Gianni Calogiuri Affiorato
This extra virgin olive oil is from Puglia, Italy.
The olives are hand picked and cold pressed during the month on November, by the method of “Affiorato”.Affiorato is an old technique which consists of waiting , after the crushing, for the oil to come to the surface from the liquid present in the olives. This “floating” oil is skillfully collected in special jugs by hand.The Calogiuri family has dedicated itself to olives and oil since 1825.
